Yes, very discreet. All orders sent in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes. No indication on outside of package to what is inside. We keep all our customer records confidential. We never sell our customer list. We do not send any unsolicited mail. You can add or delete your name from an e-mail list that we use to inform our customers about new products and special offers. You must ask for this service, you will not be added unless you request to be included.

All UK and Ireland orders will be sent first class recorded delivery by Royal Mail. All international orders will be sent by Royal Mail Parcel Force.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched the same day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days. All our products are imported from the United States and China so please allow 28 days before contacting us.
